We are a caring community and in times of crisis we pull together; everyone wants to do their bit to help and there are numerous methods of doing this.

For example.

  • make donations of surplus food to the Lisburn Food Bank,
  • donate surplus toiletries or cleaning materials to Lisburn Safe,
  • checking in on your elderly neighbours by phone,
  • volunteering for your local Community Association or Church
  • let us know if someone in your community needs help
  • if you are in the position to do so, make a financial donation to the Resurgam Trust Coronavirus Community Response Hardship Fund.

NOTE: Under no circumstances should you consider making a financial contribution if you are not in the position to do so.

The ‘Coronavirus Community Response Hardship Fund’ will be managed by the Resurgam Trust and will provide a range of interventions to assist some of the most vulnerable sections of our community. This will include the preparation and delivery of ready prepared meals, shopping trips, befriending service, comfort and support.

NOTE: We are not attempting to provide this service to everyone but want to help and assist those who are at most in need during this extremely difficult time.

If you wish to donate to our fund you can do this via the following means:

  1. BACS – Send these to account name Resurgam Trust, sort code 93-83-35, account number 09628311 and in the reference please put your name or organisation name
